Oh dear. Sorry you are having such a bad time. What forms are you looking for? We cannot tell from your post which version of the software you have. Are you using online TurboTax or desktop (installed or downloaded to your own computer). It sounds as if you are using online since you are referring to accounts. Unfortunately, TurboTax accounts cannot be combined.
But tell us the problem, and we will try to help.
I paid $248.95 for 2016 and 2017 Home and Business. I had to update my computer to download the programs. Now that the computer is updated, my history is gone and Turbotax site says I don't have anything to download. The downloads were there before I updated my computer.
Also, I didn't realize I had already made an account for my 2015 taxes and I need to combine the two.

Be sure you are in the correct account. Many people have more than one account.
The thing about "accounts" is confusing here. You say you downloaded Home and Business. That is desktop software, and you do not log on to an account online to use that software. After you download it, you just open the program on your own computer and use it by going to the top of your screen and clicking on File and then New Tax Return.
So I cannot figure out what you are trying to do when you say you want to combine accounts.
You say you "updated" your computer--do you mean you updated the operating system? It looks like you are using OS10.12.6, which works for 2018 TurboTax. I am wondering if you are having some sort of glitch because you are trying to use the software for 2016.

I am disgusted and finished! In early Nov. I changed my credit card number due to theft. Since then I have submitted my new credit card number at least four times and each time I have also spoken with a Turbo Tax helper on 888-777-4160 who inform me that my new credit card has been accepted. However, I keep receiving e-mails asking me to upgrade my card. Today, December 3, I received a snail mail letter that I needed to update my credit card. I'm done and will shop somewhere else.
