I'm clicking on "Upgrade to Premium" to calculate my 1099-B and nothing happening when I click on it

In TurboTax Online, please try the following to troubleshoot your issue so that you are able to upgrade to Premium: 

• Try using a different web browser
• Clear your cache and delete cookies. Please see the TurboTax Help Articles below:

• Sign out of your return and then sign back in
