I'm being charged the max deluxe fee, so why am I being charged!

I chose the 39.99 fee and I'm being charged both

TurboTax Deluxe allows you to file your federal taxes for $59.99. If you want to add the optional MAX benefits, there is an additional charge for the audit defense and identity benefits listed in MAX.
