I'm at the very end of filing my 2022 tax return ("check this entry") and its asking that I enter the last yr filled for the 14039 form even when I didn't file?

I'm a victim of identity theft which is why I'm filling out the form in the first place

You would enter 2022 for the last year filing it if you are filing the form this year for the first time.
