I’m at the end of my taxes to file and it keeps saying hit a snag refresh check internet connection clear cache Now I’ve done all that I even deleted the app redownload

This happens from time to time. 

See the TurboTax Help article Why am I stuck in a loop in the File section of my return?.  Hopefully this will provide a fix for your issue.
