Did you have marketplace insurance? You would only fill this form out if you had marketplace insurance.
I did some research on marketplace health care and apple health is also known as Obamacare or Affordable Care Act. It looks like it is marketplace insurance. What do I do if I don’t have the form it’s asking for?
If you had insurance that was not through the market place ( Medicaid counts) you would not enter a 1095-A.
Visit the Health Care section by clicking Federal in the left column. Now you will be in the federal section and you should see Health Insurance at the top. Click on Health Insurance.
You would indicate that you had health insurance all year and click continue if you had insurance all year. On the next screen you will see Was anyone covered by any of these plans in 2017? You would select no if you had no insurance through the marketplace.
1095 B forms do not need to be entered. They are for informational purposes only.
I only have Medicare and Tricare For Life I called the Dept of Veterans affairs and they only issue 1095B forms
Why are you unable to get your 1095-A? Have you contacted the Marketplace from which you got your health insurance under the auspices of the Affordable Care Act and asked for a copy? The Marketplaces often have your 1095-A online.
Or is it that you didn't have insurance under the Affordable Care Act ("Obamacare"), but for some reason you think you're supposed to have a 1095-A?

If you did not receive a Form 1095-A then there is nothing for your to do concerning your health care insurance.
A Form 1095-B is not entered on a tax return.
No. I do not have Marketplace Insurance . But Turbotax won"t let me proceed to completion without the 1095A.

If the form is listed in the tax return for your account then delete the Form 1095-A.
Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the screen. Click on Tools. Click on Delete a form
There is nothing to enter for 1095-B or 1095-C. Only if a taxpayer has marketplace insurance and a 1095-A would there be entries for health insurance coverage.
Please clarify – “Same with you” as far as which of the previous posts in the thread? Do you have a specific question?
Then you don't have a marketplace plan. Say NO to the health question and skip it. You did not get a 1095A.
