Please see the steps you need to take here below for how to access the TurboTax promotion through your Lyft dashboard.

Then once you have filed with TurboTax Self-Employed, where QuickBooks Self-Employed is included as a trial subscription through April 2018, you can activate your QuickBooks Self-Employed account by logging into it using your same TurboTax Self-Employed User ID and password you created. 

You can activate QuickBooks Self-Employed here with those same login credentials.
