I’m a full time students and have a part time job and live with my parents. Since thay claimed me as a dependent can they claim my education deduction?

Yes, the education credit goes to the person who is claiming your personal exemption, meaning "Claiming you as a dependent."  That means your parents can claim the education credit.  There is no "education deduction."
