I'm 18, I can't file them for free, because I have a 1099-misc Tubrotax is charging me 114.20 for their service and now at the end they charging me $44 for PSB. Why?

why can't I remove this option? I made less than 10k last year and I'm barely getting anything back. I made it all the way to the end. I feel like I'm getting cheated.

What kind of income is on the 1099-MISC?   Unfortunately, Free Edition cannot handle 1099-MISC.

And what is PSB?   (EDITED:  Does that stand for Premium Services Bundle in California? if so, I've addressed that in another comment that follows this one.   I'll also tell you how to remove it below.)

You may be able to select a free product at the IRS website.   See the videos and read any additional info there about options.

I don't know what you meant by "PSB."  Just a guess...are you in California and is that the Premium Services Bundle?   Were you trying to pay the fees out of your Federal refund?  If so, there is an additional $40 for that option ($45 for California filers.)    If so, that pay-out-of-refund can be removed (we can tell you how) and then you can pay the product fees by credit/debit card.   The removal method varies--please confirm if you are in California or another state.

But you'd still have the product fee for Deluxe or whatever edition you are using.

If you want to avoid any product fees, see free filing options at the page at the IRS that I linked above.

If you decide to continue with a paid edition of TurboTax as opposed to seeking a free product at the IRS website that I mentioned above, and if you wish to remove Premium Services Bundle, assuming you are in California, which should remove the extra $45 fee.   But you will have to pay the other fees upfront if you stick with TurboTax.   So if you are a California filer, see this:
