I love using Turbo Tax, but I did not want to use (and pay for) the Deluxe package. I have very simple taxes so I didn't need the added expense. How do I bypass this?

Depending on your unique tax situation and the forms you need, you may have been asked to upgrade to a higher version of TurboTax. If you feel that this was a mistake, you can use the Clear & Start Over feature and select the Federal Free Edition. Just follow the instructions below. https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/4248526
