You should contact OSH immediately to request that they re-issue this W-2.
You shouldn't file
your return without the W-2 you've lost.
First off, you need
to wait for a new W-2 to arrive so that you can e-file. To file a return without your W-2, you have to
complete Form 4852, Substitute Form for W-2, and you can't e-file this with
your tax return.
Secondly, the
information on pay stubs often doesn't correspond with what's on your W-2, so you could be entering incorrect information. This could not only affect the tax you pay,
but any credits to which you might be entitled, as well.
