I lost my TurboTax prepaid visa need assistance

 If you no longer have access to your Turbo Visa Debit Card, don’t worry. If you have registered your card and know your login credentials, you can request a replacement card by signing in to your Turbo Visa Debit Card account (https://secure.turbodebitcard.intuit.com/account/report-lost-or-stolen). If you don’t know your account login information, call 888-285-4169 for assistance. You will not be charged for a replacement card or check; standard fees will be waived or refunded to you. 

 

 Due to unprecedented traffic you may experience some delays on the site or phone line. We know everyone is anxious to get their stimulus money and we appreciate your patience.

If you have registered your card and know your login credentials, you can request a replacement card by signing in to your Turbo Visa Debit Card account Turbo debit card. If you don’t know your account login information, call 888-285-4169 for assistance.

It doesn’t allow you to speak with operator unless you know the last four of the card. How can you know that if you don’t have the card ?

Your banking information cannot be changed after your tax return has been filed and accepted.

Banking information does not go from TT to the IRS until you file your 2020 tax return and it is accepted.  You enter/change banking information in the FILE section before you file your 2020 return. Changing it on the TurboTax site does not do any good until you file your return.  If they manage to send out stimulus checks before you can change your information, we hope the IRS provides a way for you to change it with the IRS.  If your check goes to a wrong or closed account, it will be sent back to the IRS and then the IRS will mail a check to the address on your tax return.

If you lose your card or believe it to be stolen, log in to report it lost/stolen. We will cancel your current card, transfer the remaining balance to a new card, and then mail it out to the address on file. A lost/stolen card replacement fee applies. See your Cardholder Agreement for more information.

Well, it's not that easy I have tried since April, 2020 to get a replacement card and there is not 1 out of the 50 customer service agents,  I have talked with has helped me get a new replacement card.

We will not know what you chose as your refund method. If you requested the card, you can check to see if the IRS has a deposit date for your refund then check your card balance.
