I lost my Turbo debit card I need a replacement

To report your card lost, you will need to log in to your Turbo Visa Debit Card account and report it there.  We will cancel your current card, transfer the remaining balance to a new card, and then mail it out to the address on file. A lost card replacement fee may apply. See your Cardholder Agreement for more information.

What do i do if i never signed up for the debit card online thing? i never had to i just received the card and called to activate it and never went into turbo tax again?
