I logged my business expenses under the wrong category. Is there a way to change that wighout deleting all the expenses I have already added?

No - You have to delete the expenses from the wrong category and re-enter them in the correct category.  It might seem like a pain, but you will be glad that you did it so that you can compare in the future.
