I live in the UK and in previous years have filed from 8965 healthcare exemption. Doing my taxes for 2019 I cannot seem to find this form in Turbotax. Where is it ?

The individual mandate penalty for not having health insurance was removed from the tax code after tax year 2018.  Since the penalty is no longer in effect there is no need to ask about having health insurance on the tax return nor an exemption from the penalty using Form 8965.
