I live in OH where some school districtw pay seperate taxes. I have checked my W2- gone over and Im ready to file, but I keep getting error form SD100ES, not applicable?

An OH SD-100ES is a form to file with your estimated taxes for next year.  If you have W-2 income, you most likely will not need it.

Go back into your OH input screens and clear it.
