I live in nj. My w2 has ui/wf and DI in box 19 and 20.

But I thought they went in box 14. Do I put them in box 14? And do I have to let my employer know the mistake?

Boxes 19 and 20 are for local taxes, not the box 14 items you describe. Yes.enter the items as if they were in box 14. Yes, your employer needs to correct the W2.
