The Septic credit asks for Co-owners in which it ask to enter conso association's legal name and number of owners. Then it asks for percentage of costs I paid. Should I put 100% here and in next step for description of expenses mention that I paid $11,112.50 with date? I tried putting 1.75% but the field doesn't allow fractional percentages and also if I rount it up to 2% and then add total project cost $635000 then it reduces the credit amount to just $80 instead of $4000. This credit form is so confusing and hard to figure out how to fill. Any help in this regard would be much appreciated.
