I live in a California County that is affected by the IRS and FTB delayed filing dates. I owe tax to both the IRS and FTB. When do I file or pay my tax return?

I am not claiming a deduction for disaster damage from the storms.  I have been told that I don't have to pay or file (automatic extension) until Oct 16th for either the IRS or FTB.

According to the California FTB, if you live in one of the counties that were affected by the storms you have until October 16 to file your tax return and pay by October 16. The same dates apply to federal returns with the IRS
