I lease a Nissan Leaf. I received a rebate. Do I need to pay taxes for this?Thanks!

If this is your private car (not a car used for business), the rebate is considered as a discount on your lease payments and is not taxable.

If this is a car used for business, then the rebate will reduce the amount that you can claim for your lease payments.
