I know to report what I get donating plasma, but can I claim gas used to and from plasma center? If so, what recorda do I keep? Thank you

The plasma donation site is 20 miles each way which is 3 gallons of gas each day I go.

No. You may not deduct the mileage or gas.

Since you are being paid, it is not a charitable contribution'

In the past, the mileage may (probably) have been deductible as a misc itemized deduction, subject to the 2% of AGI threshold. But that deduction was eliminated, starting in 2018.
