I keep receiving the following message: "Oops. We’re having a little trouble processing your billing information." - tried for two days and multiple cards - any ideas?

Intuit has put a hold on you for billing purposes.  To clear it up, call customer service and explain, then ask to be transferred to the billing department to have the hold taken off.  That office is in Mountain time, so call after 11:00 AM Eastern time, Monday to Friday.

If you are having problems with the program or glitches, please try clearing your cookies and cache.

How to clear your cache.

How to delete cookies.

If this does not work, I recommend trying another browser and checking your internet connection, ensure you are hardwired.
