Why can't I import my Cointracker account info?

-There is a limit to the number of transactions that can be tracked in coin tracker

-If you have more than 25 transactions, coin tracker will not allow the connection

-You need to upgrade your tax plan if you have more than 25 transactions

-The connection happens instant when you import the data from coin tracker to Turbotax

This info is available and more can be found on the following link:

In short in your dashboard where it shows your tax plan, you need to upgrade the tax plan in correspondence with the amount of transactions you have in order for the connection to work
Then come back to TurboTax and try connecting again.
Problem solved

If you are having issues importing cryptocurrency transactions into TurboTax, can you try to manually import them to see if that works? If that still does not work, please respond back in this forum and let us know.

This will not solve your import problem but may at least give you the opportunity to enter your crypto transactions en masse and file:

Request if you do not already have one, Form 8949 from the issuing agencies  Delete all imported transactions that may have occurred, and enter the totals as a single transactions as shown on each of the 8949(s).

You may want to attach a pdf copy of the 8949(s) to your return for verification purposes.

The IRS is concerned that you are properly reporting your total capital transactions with their associated cost basis and while individual transactions are important, the totals are the most important.
