I keep getting an error that the "system has hit a snag" when trying to enter W-2 information. This only happens with this section. Am I doing something wrong?

I had this same issue. You aren't doing anything wrong. Apparently there is a conflict between your computer and the software but only for this section. I resolved by using my daughters tablet to get through the w2 section then saved n signed out and went back to my comp and was able to finish and file from there.
