I keep getting a revolving blue circle and the program seems to be hung up! I have to close the program and start over but after three times I have figured that something is wrong with your program.

Yeah, get it fixed so I can finish my taxes!

Try the steps provided below to resolve this problem. 

1.    Logout of TurboTax Online

2.    Clear your browser cache (see this article)

3.    Close and re-open your web browser window.

4.    Log back into TurboTax Online

5.    Complete and file the tax return

If the steps listed above still do not resolve your issue you may need to open TurboTax using a different browser,such as Internet Explorer,Chrome,or Firefox.
