I just updated my email, but I am still getting Turbo Tax notifications at the old address (and the new one). How do I stop emails from going to the old address?

Eventually they should stop when the new info gets thru all the departments.  On the bottom of the email you should have an option to unsubscribe.

you know they always say give it many days, up to 10, for the records to be updated.

Maybe you have another account?  It's common to end up with multiple accounts. First LOG OUT of whatever TurboTax account you're logged into right now. Then use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of user ID's for an email address. Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used
