I just started my return for 2019, I have not input any new information and it says I already owe $330. Why?

A good way to diagnose this issue is to view your 1040 forms in TurboTax. This will help you determine if something was accidentally entered. Here’s how to do this in TurboTax online:

1. In the left-hand menu bar, click on Tax Tools, then click Tools.
2. Under Other helpful links, click View Tax Summary.
3. Your Tax Summary will be displayed. In the left-hand menu bar, you will see a new option: Preview My 1040. Click it, and this will allow you to see the forms.
4. Look to see where entries were made. This will allow you to determine where the errors (if any) were.
