I just received an email saying my return has?been rejected. I have fixed the problem an resent return in February. I have already received my refund. Why am I still receiving the email?

I assume you went back through TT to edit & resend electronically? If yes then re-check E-file status under "File"
If you already did that then TT needs to answer that one. Might be an app update or similar 🙂
