I just paid you for federal and state taxes with my credit car and your system doesn't file either! WTF?

Many forms and schedules are not yet ready.  When the IRS/state has finalized the forms you need then you will be able to file.  Click Review to see what you have to wait for.  The IRS is not accepting returns until January 27, so there is no hurry to file now.  Filing now would not result in an early refund.

This is mainly a user community forum, not a direct route to TurboTax Support, although we can tell you how to phone them should it become necessary.

You'll likely need to explain more.  It's not clear what you are referring to.   Where exactly was your roadblock?  Were they any messages?

If  you chose to efile Federal and state returns, and paid the TurboTax fees by credit card, that doesn't automatically file the returns.   You have to keep going through that FILE section.  There are several more screens where you verify the return with your 2018 AGI, a screen to sign the return with today's date and your birthdate, and a screen with a big orange button that says "Transmit My Returns Now."

If you describe what you are experiencing, someone may be able to comment.

Also be aware that although it's possible to efile this early (IF all the forms you need are already available),  the IRS doesn't open up to start processing returns until January 27.  So returns efiled before then will sit on TurboTax servers, except for a few returns that the IRS pulls early each year for testing purposes.
