I just got my refund for 2021, deposited into my account on behalf of Turbo Tax by TPG Products. My fees were supposed to be $79 but they held out $118 How is this fixed?

I saw other community posts that some people had this issue and recieved refunds automatically but I've yet to recieve anything from TurboTax. Do you have to call inn and file a claim? Is there something else that has to be done?

There is an extra charge of $39.99 (plus state sales tax) to Pay with Refund.
