I just filed my taxes as Married filing jointly. I realized it would have been better filing separately. Can I refile ? What's the process? Please advise. Thanks.

My income falls under the 24% tax bracket whereas my wife's falls in the 12%. I believe filing separately would have been more beneficial.

It is extremely rare that MFS is better, especially if you live in a Community Property State.  For example, you both must elect the Standard deduction, or both must itemize.  And some tax credits are not available to MFS. Further, if you file as Married Filing Jointly, you cannot amend to Married Separately after the filing deadline (which happens to be today, May 17, 2021) has passed. Also see:
