I just downloaded the desktop Windows version of the 2023 turbotax. When I tried to import last year's tax records it couldn't load them. Now what??

When you start a New 2023 tax return using the 2023 TurboTax desktop editions, the program looks in the TurboTax Folder within the Documents directory for all tax year 2022 tax data files which have a file extension of .tax 2022.  You are then presented with a list of the 2022 tax returns to transfer to the 2023 tax return.
