I just did my taxes and they can’t be completed because they’re stating the IRS did not finish forms what does that mean??

It simply means that the IRS has not yet finalized some forms for tax year 2020.  

Click on Review and there will be a list of forms included in your tax return that are not yet available for filing along with a date when they should be available.
