I input my W-2 form's numbers, but it did not showed on 1040 form which showed "0".

My 457 plan payment number showed  on my W-2 form, I input this number to TurborTax , it on the Federal tax page, but it did not include my total income, 1a showed "0" on1040.

On your w2, do you show wages in box 1 or did you defer all of it into your 457 plan? If box 1 has zero wages, then zero is correct for your 1040. If your box 1 shows wages, that number should appear on your 1040.

The box 1 of my W-2 showed the number, but the number did not show up on my 1040, I did not get 1099-R for my 457 plan.  I input the number for 2021,2022 and 2023 tax returns, the software only work for me on 2021tax return. I have been used TurboTax since 2009, had no issue until this year, then I realized this issue actually happened at last year.

Your 457 plan payment should be reflected on your Schedule 1 of Form 1040 .  Form Schedule 1 flows through to line 8 of your Form 1040.
