No, because the IRS doesn't know why you didn't file those last two years (you may not have been required to) nor how much you would have owed or have been refunded.
What the IRS may do, however, is send you a letter independent of your 2016 return, asking you to file your 2014 and 2015, or to explain you aren't required to.
