I have w2 from 4 different employers some are for less than $5000 do i need to file all of them?

Yes if all the W2s are all from 2016 you must file them or you could  be audited later by the IRS for withholding tax information, your  employers will send them the W2s also and if the information doesn't match up they will audit you.
