You cannot take photos of 1099's. Some 1099's can be imported--depending on what kind you have---but many are not yet formatted for importing into tax software yet by banks, brokers, etc.
Some other kinds of 1099's --- like a 1099NEC, 1099Misc. or SSA1099 just have to be keyed in by hand.
