I have updated the software, but the turbotax still say that the schedule C form 1040 not available, not ready to go. How should I do ?

Are you sure you are in Turbo Tax 2019.  I checked to see for available forms and all forms are available in the software.  If you installed from a disk you may have a faulty disk. You may also wish to contact product phone support for further assistance.

I bought the software online (download).

I have receipted email from TurboTax Support, they said "The wait is over,The tax forms we needed to finish up your taxes are ready to go"

Then I have updated the software already, but the forms still show "ready soon",  watermark "do not file" on the forms.

Please help me how to fix them.
