I have two children, I am married and filing jointly, and our AGI income is less than 57K. But Turbo tax is saying I don't qualify for the EIC. IRS says its 62,688?

The AI says I have zero qualifing children? I don't understand that either. they are under 10, don't make any money, and I am claiming them both.

And if it is saying your children are not your dependents, then you may have answered some questions in MY INFO incorrectly.   Check what you entered for the children in MY INFO.

Make sure you have entered your child as a dependent in My Info, and that you have entered the child's Social Security number.    Careful— do not say that your child’s SSN is not valid for employment.  If your child was born in 2024 make sure you said he lived with you the whole year.  There is an oddly worded question that asks if the child paid over half their own support.  Say NO to that question.
