I have two accounts because I could not remember my information from last year. I need to access that account, how do I do that?

 If you've forgotten your User ID or password try to recover the account.

 

 1.Log completely out of whatever TurboTax account you're logged into right now.

 2. Then use this TurboTax account recovery link below in order to get a list of user ID's for an email address. Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used

*If you used the Desktop CD/Download program then the only copy is on your computer and not saved or stored online.
