I have twin sons 17 years old, they have been working and made $6000 a piece in 2015. I usually file them on my taxes, how do I go about doing that this year?

You can still claim them. But you can not report their wages on your tax return. They have to each file their own tax return and report their wages there. Be sure that they check the box that says that they can be claimed on someone elses return.
AND, they have to have their own Turbotax accounts to prepare their taxes.
When you use Turbotax Online version, you can prepare only one return per account/payment. This Turbotax help topic tells you how to start another return:
