I have turbotax premier desktop version. I've electronically filed fed return. Turbotax presents blank screen when trying to allow me to pay $24.99 for state efile.

It should pop up a browser window asking you to log in to Intuit and then pay the 24.99.  Minimize other windows and look fro the browser window.
