I have Turbo Tax Home & Business. What is the cost to file electronically for federal and California state? Is this a cost per tax return?

Efiling of federal returns is free. Efiling of state returns is currently $24.99 per state tax return filed for most states. Not sure whether it is higher for CA or not.
