This is mainly a user community forum, but we can tell you how to check on your NY state refund. Once the return is processing at the NY Tax Department, TurboTax Support won't have any followup information on it. But we can tell you how to check on things. First we have to ask you some questions.
Did you efile, or did you print and mail the return? New York normally requires efiling, but there are some less-common circumstances that require filing by mail instead.
If you efiled, when you log into your Online TurboTax account what is displayed there for "Return status?"
Also if you efiled, use this tool to double-check that your return was successfully efiled and accepted:
