I have to send mine via mail due to no i pin so i printed them out federal and state but dont know which forms go to each FEDERAL and State since there is 30 pgs???? HELP

For federal, they don't need to mail your state returns.  Only send the IRS a copy of the Form 1040 plus attached any schedules tied to the tax breaks you are claiming on the form.  For example, Schedule A, Form 2441 Child care credit, Form 8863 Education Tax Credits, etc

 

For the State, mail them a copy of the Form 1040 (without the schedules) and a copy of the state return with the related attached forms/schedules.
