The Wisconsin state forms will not be available for print purposes until 1/27/2017.
So tomorrow, run a program update ("check for updates") to download the latest Wisconsin forms. If the update goes as scheduled, then the DO NOT FILE watermark should be gone.

After your forms are updated on 1/27/2017, be sure to review your state return since info may have changed. And go through the Review tab as well.

BTW, why are you mailing?
If you want to efile, you may still be able to do so when the forms update.. However there is a 19.99 (or 24.99) state efile fee. Maybe you are mailing the return to avoid that fee.
In order to efile a state return, it must be efiled at the same time as the Federal, OR after the Federal return has been accepted. If your Federal return was previously efiled and has been accepted, you should be able to efile the Wisconsin state return, unless there is some other issue. Or unless you do prefer to mail it.
