I have submitted my e-file twice and it was rejected. Will this effect getting my taxes when I e-file when your system is fixed?

Why was it rejected, what is the rejection code?

This is what it says:
What happened
F1040-021-01 - If Schedule A is present in the return, then Form 1040, Line 40 Itemized Deductions Or Standard Deduction must be equal to Schedule A, Line 29 Total Itemized Deductions.
