I have printed my Missouri state tax form (but not mailed the form) and notice an entry should be made on line 40. How do I do that?

MO State Form 1040 Line 40 is related to Miscellaneous tax credits (from Form MO-TC, Line 13).

To generate MO State Form MO-TC, please review the following instructions:

1. If you're using TurboTax Online, sign in to TurboTax and select Take me to my return. (If you don't see this option, select Add a State under Your tax returns & documents just to get back into the return area.)
2. On the left panel, select State.
3. On the Let's get your state taxes done right screen, select Continue.
4. On the Status of your state returns screen, select Edit on the appropriate State.
5. Select Continue to the State Landing/Summary screen.
6. Select Start or Update on Taxes and Credits.
7. Select Continue through the screens to the Miscellaneous Missouri Credits screen and answer "Yes" to the question, Would you like to work on these credits?
