Unfortunately, no. You can't snap a photo of your W-2 in Turbo Tax Online, nor can you upload a photo you took with your device's camera.

Since you have pictures of your W2, you should have the EIN number which you can enter into Turbo Tax in order to upload your W2. You can also enter it manually if you do not have your EIN:
