When you filed, did you e-file and choose to have the money that you owe taken out of your bank account? If so, then you have already filed and paid. Don't send a paper copy of your return in, and keep the voucher for your records.
If you haven't e-filed and are mailing your return in, then you haven't had a withdrawal of money from your account, because how would they know without your return, right? Include your voucher with your return when you mail it in.

I still am not certain about mailing in my paper prepared tax return. Turbo Tax advised me to send in the paper prepared tax return. I have e-filed already. Do I mail in the paper version or not?
If Turbo Tax said you e-filed, then you did, and DON'T mail your return in, they'll get it TWICE that way.
I'm thinking more about your payment and voucher, if you had your amount due from your bank account, then you can file the voucher because it's already been paid.
